This family history was co-authored by four siblings. They each contributed family stories and photos. Because they did not have a lot of information about distant ancestors, they focused the book on their parent's generation and their own childhood years.

Unlike a conventional family history, this book's chapters are thematic, discussing topics such as health, education, and other family values. This book was produced very quickly from digital recordings over the phone, and has a very direct "voice" that speaks to the intended reader.

This memoir is a creative combination of travel photography and short stories. The author provided beautiful digital art, and printed both hardcover and softcover versions.
