    Sidney Sheldon who wrote for TV, films, Broadway and over 50 novels was born on this day in 1917. His TV credits include The Patty Duke Show, I Dream of Jeannie, and Hart to Hart. His musical Redhead won a Tony Award. Sheldon’s best know novels include Master of the Game, The Other Side of Midnight, and Rage of Angels. He wrote a memoir titled The Other Side of Me.
